Acoustic calibration
No matter what you purchase the room is a key audio component, and most are acoustically problematic. Walls, floors, windows, and furniture affect sound waves by strengthening certain frequencies and dampening others. The results are distorted phase and timing, poor bass response, lack of clarity and consequently a messy, disjointed sound. Whether we're installing a new AV system, running in new speakers, upgrading existing kit or fine-tuning, audio calibration and advice on room treatment is part of what we do, delivering sound to its fullest potential.
Multi-room audio
We install distributed audio — any track in any room, wired, wirelessly or a combination to get the most out of your audio equipment for enjoyment throughout the house. We'll design the optimum speaker layout possible per room aiming for the best immersive audio experience. Controlling a single audio source for multiple zones or multiple sources for multiple zones can be handled by app, remote control or touch screen. You could be listening to Dua Lipa in the lounge, Iron Maiden in the kitchen, Vivaldi in the bathroom and Barry White by the pool, as you wish.

Multi-room audio quality
The best room sound stage is delivered by floor-standing speakers driven by best-in-class systems. However, where that's not possible we can install bookshelf, in-ceiling and on- or in-wall speakers to an almost invisible finish. Audio quality refinement is based on balance, starting with the source then digital-analogue processor, amplifier, cabling, the speakers and their positioning. Existing equipment doesn't always need upgrading to hear it deliver the best sound attainable. We calibrate to the audio components' target curves and then adjust to your bespoke preferences.

The audio experience in home AV installations is paramount as soundtrack and audio clarity plays a precise key role in film and screen media enjoyment. Our knowledge spans installations for discrete surround sound systems and stylish lounges to all encompassing 11.1.8 Dolby Atmos home cinema experiences. High fidelity
Audio bliss is hearing all the details the artist recorded with vocal clarity and instrumental honesty. We have installed and worked on
Hi-Fi systems with 192kHz/24bit source components and amplifiers bi-wired to speakers calibrated to the room. Room acoustics and speakers play the biggest role in achieving the right amount of sound with decent frequency response, pressure and minimum echo (RT60). The perfect match of loudspeaker, amplification, power conditioning and source components will always be contested but we can advise on soundscapes and audio styles based on your music and sonic preferences. Event sound system
We've been involved in live music since 1989 with our first 18k sound system. These days we run a number of high quality sound systems from 1.5k up to 10k (50–1000 guests) accompanied by a beautiful lighting system for private events and celebrations. Sound quality is everything to us and our Martin Audio speakers and amp setups provide crystal clear sound on all volume levels. With our accompanying sound engineer, we also provide digital source music, CDJ 2000's, Technics 1210's and a very talented, crowd pleasing DJ.
