Everything relies on a network, wired or wireless, a well-installed network is the bedrock for connection quality and reliability for everything AV, data, internet, security and climate control. Virtually all home automation services can integrate to a central smart home network these days. Aside from the technical geeky stuff we believe in the art of neat, hidden cabling, electrical field shielding, and wireless fidelity for robust logical installations.

Wireless
Wi-Fi — the must-have connection and yet often the weakest link. When we can't connect components via wire for imperative reliability, then Wi-Fi (-6e), Bluetooth, Zigbee, Matter mesh networks have to complete the smart home system. After an equipment specification check we'll be able to eliminate dead spots, boost your data transmission range and provide greater stability. Critical connections, equipment connectivity, home security systems and guest services can be ensured via channel separation and bandwidth priority.
Internet
To rely on streaming services your internet connection has to be solid. Whilst we're not your service provider we can provide optimal connectivity from point of entry, throughout and around the house. ISP provided router/modems have their limitations, we work with many brands and their equipment on a day to day basis. As your internal network contractor we'll know your setup and be available to quickly support and troubleshoot.
Service
We provide support for all of our installation work. From time to time things can go off-piste and we're here to help you get back up and running ASAP. Sometimes equipment may be at fault, or your service providers or intervention by others. First we will try to assist remotely and if this doesn't fix it we'll visit on-site. On-site fixes and service maintenance visits are based on a call-out fee with one hour of service included. Often issues can be fixed within an hour but if it takes longer there is a nominal hourly fee. We always try to accurately estimate before we come out, call us with your issue and details.
